Short interviews from Jordan and Israel

Prof. Jeffrey Kaplan

A Danube Institute research team, consisting of Prof. Jeffrey Kaplan, Logan West, Zille Potsay and Gabriella Kocsis, visited Jordan and Israel between 20 February 2024 and 5 March 2024. During this time they conducted a series of interviews. From discussions with leaders of Caritas Jordan during the Gaza War to insights into Muslim-Christian coexistence from Former Member of the Jordanian Lower House, Qais Khalil Yaqoub Ziadin. Through conversations with key figures, each interview offers a unique perspective and an insight into the cultural, diplomatic and religious dimensions of the region and the ongoing events.
